The formulas should be taken on alternate days during 20 days. Due to the composition of the two formulations, shake the vials well before using to ensure the correct dosage and then break off the cap.
• Day 1: Dissolve the contents of the red vial in a bottle containing 1-1.5 liters of water and then drink it throughout the day.
• Day 2: Dissolve the contents of the green vial in a bottle containing 1-1.5 liters of water and then drink it throughout the day. Repeat the formulas on alternating days until the treatment has been completed.
