Ovomet® (egg membrane) has a great anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. It contains 33-38% of collagen as the main ingredient, but it also contains other natural ingredients such as: hyaluronic acid, chondroitin, glucosamine and other substances. These ingredients contribute to the normal functioning of the osteoarticular system, promoting its mobility and flexibility.
Boswellia serrata is well-known for its anti-inflammatory properties thanks to boswellic acids which in this case is the 3-O-acetyl-11-keto-boswellic acid (AKBA) that is the most bioactive acid.
Curcuma extract (Cúrcuma longa L extract) has curcuminoids that exhibit actions at different locations in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis, down-regulating enzymes involved in the inflammatory process. So enhances the body’s anti-inflammatory mechanisms and has antioxidant properties.
Piperine extract increases curcuma bioavailability.
Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones and cartilages.
